A few of our favorite limoncello cocktails:

Limoncello Spritz (A Novella Favorite)

1 oz Novella Limoncello
1 oz Gin (We love Death's Door)
2 drops olive oil

Shake and strain into a wine glass, top with:

3 oz sparkeling wine
3 oz sparkeling water

Fill with ice and garnish with a lemon wheel

The Hot Italian (aka The Gio)

3/4 oz Novella Limoncello
1 oz tequila
1/2 oz vanilla liqueur
1/2 oz amaro nonino
1/2 oz lemon
dash of chili flakes

Shake and strain into a glass with ice, garnish with a lemon wheel and chill

The Lemon Tree

1/2 oz Novella Limoncello
1/2 oz bourbon (we love Beren's Old Fashioned Brandy)
1/2 oz simple syrup
5 dashes of spiced bitters

Stir and pour over ice, garnish with a lemon peel

The Limoncello Drop

3 oz Novella Limoncello
1 oz Vodka
1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice

Stir and pour over ice, garnish rim with sugar and a slice of fresh lemon
